Phelim O’Neill is a partner at Harringtons LLP in Dublin and is one of Ireland’s leading specialist criminal defence solicitors with expertise in all areas of criminal litigation.

We successfully represent clients who are wrongly accused of the most serious criminal offences including but not limited to individuals accused of Capital murder, murder, rape and human trafficking. Phelim O’Neill graduated with a B.A.(Hons) and LL.B. (Hons) from NUI, Galway. Phelim also studied at the University of Law in Chester where was award a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2006. Phelim was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of England and Wales and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2008. In 2009 Phelim was awarded an LL.M (first class honours) in Technology Law and Governance from the National University of Ireland. Phelim’s practice focuses on litigation (Criminal and Civil) and he has been involved in a number of high profile cases. Phelim acts for a wide range of clients from corporate entities to private individuals.
